Can Koodo unlock Samsung S5 phones from South Korea's carrier, Olleh?

I am planning to buy a used S5 from someone, but it's locked to a South Korean carrier. is it possible for koodo to unlock the phone?

Yes but you have to activate service with koodo in order to do so. And the unlock will cost you 35$.

Before you buy a used device I highly recommend you check out the imei at http://www.protectyourdata.ca/check-t... so you can be sure the device isn't blacklisted as stolen or lost. If it is, you won't be able to use the device anywhere, regardless of its unlocked condition.
