Lost phone, cancelled it already but wondered if we can check the history to find out if someone attempts to use it

There is no history you can check to see if someone tried to use your lost phone.

If it's an Android phone you can try installing an app remotely from your PC to by our phone called "Plan B" and locate the phone through GPS on a Map. Just Google Plan B mobile and you'll find all the info.

Hello Lisa,

You can check out who the person called if you have detailed billing but doesn't show their location. Hope this helps ;)
I leave the WiFi and data off so plan b can't work? I suspended the phone but had been hoping to at least find out if someone found it.. it is locked so they would have to figure out or bypass that. So if someone finds and keeps it they just take out and replace the SIM card? Why can't they Havre serial numbers so of it is stolen they can't switch service without permission? O.o seems simple enough..

They are working in Canada to do just that but unfortunately the program is not quite in place yet. You lost your phone a little too early lol. I believe you can call Koodo and have them flag the phone so it can't be activated on Koodo but it doesn't stop them from using it with another provider. Call customer service and see if they can flag the imei #
Someone turned it into the RCMP! we got lucky..
I restored the service and it said 'may take 15 mins to come back' but it's been nearly two hours and no service.. any tips?

try this : While the phone is on take out the battery and SIM Card for a minute or so then replace them and try the phone again.
