Can II buy someone elses I phone which was originally bought from Koodo and have my phone services switched over to it?

Yes you can, if it's a Koodo iPhone then just pop in your SIM Card if it's the right size and away you go. If you don't have the right size SIM Card then you just need to buy one from Koodo and activate your account on the New SIM Card through self serve and just pop it in and away you go .

Yes you can. Just make sure to check the phones IMEI to the national blacklist: http://www.protectyourdata.ca/check-t...

If the phone was reported lost/stolen, it won't be able to be used on any North American network. The link there is a way to check if a phone has been reported lost/stolen and thus "blacklisted"

Ya, too many people lately are getting scammed by people selling blacklisted phones on Kijiji and IMO it has ruined the used/pre-owned cell phone "industry" :(
