Can I switch back to an old phone that does not use a sim card on a plan?

I have a phone that has a sim, however I am having some issues to it so I was wondering if it was possible to switch to an old phone (also with Koodo) which does not use a sim card. I don't think I can do it online (I vaguely recall trying once and not being able to do it) but was wondering if I can do it at a kiosk or something...

I know how! Follow the steps online!

1)Go into your self serve online and change your phone by clicking what is highlighted in blue in the header

2)Click upgrade your current phone and say it doesn't have a SIM card.

SK customers can't activate CDMA phones though, due to agreements with SaskTel.

You should be able to do it in Self Serve but if you're having difficulty then you can call customer service and have them do it for you.
