It was at 5960 Number 6 Rd, Richmond, BC. A bakery I go for coffee, happened a few times now where I'd just lose all signal in there. Everything's perfectly fine like 30 feet away in the building I work at.

Does it happen to others phones there as well?
Are those ppl on Koodo, Telus, Bell, Virgin?

I don't know anyone else using Koodo there. Fido, Rogers, and Bell work fine for my coworkers.

Koodo uses the same towers as Bell does so it could very likely be your phone if your friends phone works on Bell there. Which phone do you have?

Next time your in there try manually searching for towers. GO to settings - more networks - mobile networks - network operators, and let it search for towers, a list of towers will show after about 30 seconds or so, select Koodo and see if that gets you a signal within the building.

To be clear the OP is from BC, so koodo would be using telus towers. And so would bell, virgin. It's in the east where certain areas are leveraging the bell towers.

Same thing, they all share towers across Canada
