Can I move my phone from Koodo to Telus and use it with Telus without unlock it?Thanks.

No you cannot. You must get the phone unlocked first.

Unless it's an iPhone, in which case, yes - he can just pop in a Telus SIM.

I thought the Galaxy S4 you can move between Koodo and Telus too?

In theory, all Telus/Koodo phones should work across both carriers (MCC/MNC numbers are the same), but this isn't the case.

I can only 100% that iPhones are interchangeable between Koodo/Telus. Many have stated that Android phones don't have this benefit. I have not tried this personally but I'm inclined to believe that it's true, otherwise someone would've spoken up by now.
