Can I change this?

I bought a phone from koodo, but made an error when giving my email adress, the clerk probably already created my account, I did create one with the right info, now when I log in to self service, I can't do anything, excepts change my email, ect. What do I do, I need to pay my bill.

You need to call customer service and explain your predicament and have them change your self serve account from account manager to account owner.
