I am not aware about the incoming calls are counted in anytime minutes.
I received 450 Minutes incoming calls my bill boost up by $150.
I was charged heavily for the anytime minutes .
Can i apply $10 to my plan to get waived off of excess $150.
Can I apply monthly add-on for last bill?
You cannot apply add ons retroactively (unless you have a time machine, although that may violate causality). If you call Koodo customer service and ask nicely they might be willing to credit some or all of the extra charges, but there are no guarantees.
