Hi Erica, Open your Prepaid self-serve page. Click on Phone Services. It opens another page and click on Usage History. Start scrolling.

Thanks, I had found this already. I was hoping to find a way to look at phone booster only not everything my phone has ever done.

I've tried this but it doesn't find usage history for the dates I've entered  to look at even though I've changed the date.  It only loads the 1st week. Will not let me view the past year like it says.

What happens when you click "Last 7 days" under the usage history page?
It's a pull down menu and you should be able to  pick one of Last 30, 90 and/or 180 days.

I'm currently trying 180, going page by page but I'm trying to get back 8-9 months ago. I'm wanting to use the pick a date option.

They don't have an option to do the pick a date...

IIRC you could ask bills older than 18 month for postpaid account with the fee.
But, prepaid account and postpaid account are 2 different system.
So, I don'y know how far back Koodo is keeping your usage history for prepaid account at their end.

Oh, I see. I couldn't get info neither.
I'll let them know it's broken service.
