I don't make many long distance calls but when I need to on my Bell landline I use a service like 1010100, where I dial a series of numbers in advance of the place I'm calling. The rates are way cheaper than Bell and the bill for the call comes on ,my Bell bill. Which is fine for my landline. But can you use this service, or another one like it, with Koodo,. a cell provider? Does Koodo, or any of the wireless companies, let you do this?

If you mean a long distance calling card, then yes.

Keep in mind it still uses your airtime minutes though.

If you have unlimited airtime to dcall's local access number then you are good to go. They have good quality and good rates.
