phone hasn't been working unless around wifi, neither sim cards

Hi there, I just sent a msg but I need your help. I went to bell today to set up a cheap plan on my phone and currently have pay as you go with Koodo..

He switched my koodo sim card for the bell one and then switched back and told me to go home and acctivate my new acct and since I got it back from him my phone hasnt been working unless around wifi... neither sim cards.. I never cancelled my acct with koodo so i am confused as to why it is not workin..
I also did a live chat with bell and they said that judginig by what my phone is asking of me when i put the bell chip in, my phone is not unlocked.

I am a bit frustrated since my roomates are not home and I have to type out my problems since my phone is not working can you please help??

Sorry for the peremptory remarks in your duplicate thread less than a few minutes ago, but it sounds like you have an UNlocked Koodo phone, bought a Bell SIM and have problems activating it.

While you still have the Koodo account active, get it unlocked, if you qualify. Then it should work smoothly, but do contact Bell for further instruction.
