Can’t get ahold of Koodo :(

I have tried calling emailing and even messaging on Facebook but no one is getting back to me. I still haven’t gotten a verified email that my phone is coming and the funds have been deducted from my account :( does Koodo have a 24 hour line? My order number HFO20063553

What was the date of ordering Asia? And what's your order number? It takes 3-5 business days to get a phone delivered if no extra credit check is required. No carrier has a 24 hour line. 

The only 'Yerxa' I see we got a message on Facebook is from last year. Is your FB profile under a different name?

Also if u can’t find me under Asia Gabrielle Yerxa just use Asia Yerxa, I even emailed you guys so I dont understand, how come you guys cannot look up my name if you charged my credit card with my full name and address on it?

I presume Bernard only looked on Facebook. This is a community forum and your account isn't linked to it. Reps here (rest of us are not Koodo employees) therefore need to be able to link either the name you provide here or email to one with an account or different method of contact used to find you.
Yes I understand, I was just speaking out loud, I thought I was still talking to Bernard cause it said official rep, just a littlle frustrated as you can imagine because I’ve emailed the Webstore a bunch of times, and still no reply, but thanks my email is xxxxx@gmail.com

Each time you message, email or call, the line lengthens, as the customer service representative has to confirm if another representative has addressed the query.

Just to give an update Asia.....there was another person with your last name on FB, but a different first name. 
I see that you have cancelled the order and a refund was processed.
