Can not send outgoing calls/texts or receive incoming calls. Incoming text and emails are received.

This issue is for both phones on my account. We have tried restarting the phones many times and also removed battery, sim card, and memory card for 5 min. Still the same issue. Please help.

I was able to make a call to a friend now, but get the mail box when calling the other phone on my account. will keep trying. Could this be a Koodo service issue?

and now back to not being able to make any calls. Koodo, please let us know if this is a issue with our phones/ account or an issue with your service. not knowing whats going on or what to do next is the biggest issue (not being able to make calls is up there too :)

What phone is it? Is it from Koodo?  Was it working before?

it was working fine, then around 8:30am it stopped. I think it's an S4. As I was typing this, the phone said "emergency calls only'. now that's gone and I was able to call  the other phone on my account.... have no idea whats going on! currently (who's know for how long) the phone is working

Sounds like it could be an intermittent network issue. If one of your phones' is able to make outbound calls, dial 611, select option 6 and ask if there are any problems with the network in your area. If you can't call out, use a friend's phone or landline and dial 1-866-995-6636.
