Can not register for Self Service "profile-not-created"

Since I moved to Koodo, I tried multiple times to create a user account. Every time I recieved a link from Koodo. When I clicked, it reaches to following error

So you did the register for self serve, and the link to validate you email address isn't working ?

Have you tried another browser? Maybe you'll be lucky. If not, did you try and log-in, maybe your account is already valid!

I have the same problem. I am not able to register for self service. I got the email but when I clicked, it reaches the same error https://www.koodomobile.com/my-account/registration/error/profile-not-created
