Can not log into my account

I am a returning Koodo user and when I try to log-in my account I get this message saying

"You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved"

 I can't proceed to update my profile.

Can someone unblock that for me?

I am using the same email address for Koodo username.

Hi Saad - looks like you tried to create a new Self Serve profile directly, vs going through the link that would have been emailed to you by us. For initial set-up, you need to go through the email, and can't set-up an account directly, as it creates a second profile/conflict.

I just removed the email from the unapproved profile, and resent the email to you to register. Let us know if you run into any other issues.
