can not log in to koodo

trying to log in to self serve on my laptop using windows 10 and a just downlaoded version of google chrome this is what I get "The WWW.koodomobile.com page isn'r working it redirects you too many times try clearing your cookies" obviously I have no cookies as this is a new downloaded program. get same message no matter what browser I use.

Which browsers are you trying?  Even though it is a new browser, have you tried clearing your cookies just in case?  it only takes 3 seconds to do.

Is this an issue on desktop and mobile browsers?

thanks for early reply...no didn't clear cookies on chrome as I had just downloaded but will try. also doesn't work for my firefox or IE. these are on my asus zenbook. tried it on my old desktop unit using firefox no luck. just cleared cookies on chrome and tried again without any luck.
