Can Not Acquire Min Usage

Hello, I recently changed my plan from the $ 30.00 plan, to the $ 35.00 plan (200 min's), and now I am not being permitted to see my minutes usage? I changed the plan about 2 or 3 weeks ago, so everything should be fine by now??? Can someone help me to acquire my minutes usage?
