Am going on holiday soon for 2 weeks & again for 3 weeks in January, there is 5 weeks where my service isn't being used at all. Can my billing be frozen while we are on holidays or do /I need to go for pay as you go & plan around that on following trips?
Hi Ralph, no there is no facility to freeze your account for just a few weeks. You can go on a seasonal hold plan for 1 month, but when you come back, you will need to pick one of the current plans that is offered at the time. I'd recommend you just keep your plan for the 5 weeks you'll be gone :)
