I just got a replacement phone as my current one is having a hard time holding a charge. Anyways, can I use my current phone to call and activate my new sim card for my new phone. My current sim card is too big. Going to a koodo kiosk is a hassle (I will have to go if that is my only option). It says to go online and go to Change Sim/phone but when I click that it says this option is no longer available.
I'm currently waiting on hold for a koodo rep to answer my call, they're busy.
Current phone - LG G4
Replacement - LG G5

when i called for my replacement phone, she said i could just put my current sim card in.. but i dont think she realized my old sim isn't a nano one. and it doesn't go any smaller, i tried.

Yeah, you can call in in order for the customer service to make the change for you. It's going to be a free call!
yes you can, but by phone it is 35$
https://www.koodomobile.com/fr/contact-us?INTCMP=KMNew_FooterLINK_ContactUs_ContactUs (click on phone for prices)

You can also use your koodo account to do it by your self, but you definately need to get a new sim (10$), they may ship to you by post but if you need it soon, go to a store.

Koodo website is in modification due to black friday and agent on phone are so busy, but your online account is suppose to work fine.

You can not do SIM swap through self serve at this time, so you have to call in.
There is No charge for it since you can't do it by yourself.
if he can't, then how do you explain that..
