Can I use a US booster with 3in1?

My phone is a 3in1 and I want to add a US text and US data boosters because I am travelling to the US soon.  Several community members have recommended that users turn off the automatic carrier and select AT&T but I don't see Carriers as a option in my settings.  And I am not techy enough to know where else to look.  Any 3in1 users out there that have used US boosters that can help?

Is 3in1 a phone model? In order to see the carrier you need to turn off automatic carrier selection

A very large percentage of the time, just leaving the phone alone is going to work out without any intervention being required.

You will only see AT&T and/or T-Mobile as a choice on Apple or Android 4+ equipment once you are physically in the US and actually roaming.

If you are unsure, you can risk $5 on a minimal text or talk booster. Once that works out, you can add any other boosters you want thru self-serve once you have a wifi connection.

Great advice BobtheElectrician.  Thanks.  I will purchase small and hope for the best.

Settings...more....Mobile networks....Network selection....Change automatic to manual....Allow to scan. Choose AT&T if available.
