Can I undo a restore?

I got my new iPhone 5s yesterday and set it all up immediately. Today I plugged it into my computer for the first time to import music, and decided to rather than restore my iPhone as a new phone, chose to restore to old phone settings.
My phone has now been restored to how it was last year, I guess the last time I restored it. All my messages, pics, etc. are gone from within the last year.
Is there a way I can reverse the last restoration?

Hi Celia,

Do you still have your previous iPhone? If so, you can choose to back this up and then restore you new iPhone 5s. This will then transfer your old data.

Alternatively, did you previously set up iCloud back up? If so, you might be able to get some stuff back: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766?vi...

If you no longer have the phone or have wiped this already, you will not be able to recover your lost files...

If you simply want to start 'fresh', you simple restore your iPhone 5s to default settings: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414

Hope this helps!

Peter
