can I turn off the data on a phone through self serve to atop from going over and getting charged?

I have an account with 2 phones. on the other phone can I turn off the data now that I'm over to keep from that person over using and me getting billed?

Go into settings and it should say mobile data; turn off hopefully this will help

Each phone on a koodo plan has its own separate data bucket, it isn't shared between the lines on the account.

If you are the account owner and paying the other phone includes overage charges, you can add "Data block add-on" on the other phone.
It will keep from the other person go over any higher on the data overage.
You will need to call Koodo (*611 from your Koodo phone) to add it then you can remove it through self serve after the billing cycle is renewed.
