I bought an IPhone 6s last week at a good price on the tab medium from Wow. I paid off my tab for that new phone a couple days ago because I hate the $15 monthly add on to my bill. Now saw that the Iphone 7 has gotten a big slash in its tab medium price. I want to exchange but I don't know if I can because they won't be able to reverse the tab payoff. I know about the talk time, text and data usage, most stores don't care about that, just the 15 day window. Thanks in advance.

Do a factory reset on the phone.  That will delete any usage data.

Go to the place you bought the phone and do a refund on the phone (within 15 days of purchase).
Then Go and get the phone you want again.

This way you get a fresh 15 days too.

And these are discreet separate steps to help eliminate confusion or any errors

You don't get a fresh 15 days though Dennis, it goes from the first phone you purchase when returning phones to avoid ppl just purchasing and returning phones constantly

So I went to Wow tonight and they were able to do the exchange even though I had already paid off my tab for the 6s(not actually paid them money but it will be on my next bill) I talked with a couple of people at the Koodo kiosk and usually the computer/koodos system won't allow them to return or exchange the phone with the tab being paid off even though you are within the 15 day time frame and you are under the minutes, text and data allowance. Something about your tab balance being 0 and if they return the phone it will go positive(I've read that if the tab is paid off on your account the charge cannot be reversed) but maybe because I hadn't actually paid Koodo for the phone yet(it's supposed to be on my April bill) they can just take it off my bill as if I didn't hit payoff tab button on the website. The girl at Wow spoke with a Koodo rep and she said the tab payoff was reversed and they started a new tab medium with the iPhone 7(which I checked before typing this it's back to -360, obviously earlier today it was 0) but I won't truly know until my next bill if it's just my monthly fee plus the 15 tab charge or if it will have $345 plus my monthly services, I really hope not lol. I am not looking forward to my next bill, it will most likely be a nightmare to read haha.

Just read it one line at a time, and it should make sense!
You seem to have a pretty good expectation of the detail it will contain.
