looking to change my account onto a new phone. Your calling que is over an hour wait long and for some reason you are not responding to PMS - i would really like to get this done and need assistance as it will not allow me to do this on my own on your web page.

I think you can go at a Koodo kiosk for that it will be faster. Today they don't respond that fast...

unfortunately, there is no kiosk near by where i live otherwise, yes, i would be going to one instead of dealing with my account this way

** yes i mean a SIM swap. The new phone came with a micro SIM card so we need to move the account onto it as our other SIM card will not fit

The social media team is just as swamped as the phone team right now. If facebook messenger shows that it hasn't been read, that means they haven't gotten to your message yet, not that they are ignoring it.
