Can i mail my phone in for repairs instead of going to a kiosk and yet still get a loaner phone?

I have an LG G5 which suddenly stopped working and should be covered under the warranty for repairs. I live on a small, remote island and it is difficult for me to get to a koodo kiosk. Is there a way to send my phone in for repairs and get a loaner phone for the time being? If so, what process do I have to go through? Or do I have to try and make the trip to a kiosk?

hi Becky,
The procedure is depended on where you bought the phone from. Official link is here https://www.koodomobile.com/help/warranty-and-repair-policy

Regarding loaner phones, I don't think they provided any longer.

And if they are still provided they would only be provided at a store, not if you mail the phone away.
