I have the Home Phone service, and an unlocked  cell phone that I use occasionnally. Can I switch the SIM card from my Home Phone to my cell if I go away from home for an extended period?

The WHP SIM was mentioned to be locked to ZTE devices. I don't think you can use it in your cell.

Hi there!

The Sim Card that you have in your Home Phone Hub is locked to the Hub, so you will not be able to use it as you plan to...

But, as long as you have a power outlet, you can take your Hub anywhere and have access to your Home Phone! :)

In Canada only.
The WHP and a phone not needing to be plugged in to the wall could even be a portable phone for a few hours.

If you have a wireless home phone with Koodo you can take the system with you and it will work great if you can still get satilite reception and hook into hydro we take ours with use went we are camping and have had no problem, but I am sure you can't change your sim card

Um... sounds like a cellphone plan might be more useful for you?
