Simple and short answer: basically no.

More details:The old/second sim would only be active for 90 days from time of transfer to the new/first one, so it's possible for a short time period only. Do you need to be able to talk on multiple devices? There are call forwarding options.

Just to add but only one of those SIM can actually be active at a time during that 90 day period and one would have to switch back and forth over self serve activating one or the other. You can activate each one every 89 or shorter days and that 90 days will begin again on the SIM not being used.

True :) Except that when you activate the new SIM, the old one will not be active any longer (but you can revive it within 90 days, I guess that is what you meant) :) At no point in time will 2 SIM cards be active simultaneously.
