I'm sorry Dawn but if you wish to get clarification or dispute bill charges, you must speak with an agent. I understand the hold times are less than ideal but you could always try the callback option - I've used it before myself.

If this proves not feasible, you could also try contacting Koodo directly through Facebook or Twitter. You'll reach an agent and they should be able to assist further.

Does page 3 or 4 explain what the extra charges are for? It could be minutes or data overage, long distance calls, proration, etc. We may be able to explain it, but only an agent can change anything.

iT IS FOR THE PHONE PROTECTION WHICH WE TOLD THE AGENT 3 TIMES that we did not want, and he even tryed to guilt us into it, and we said no  all the paper i signed say nothing of the phone protection, i have not been giving a call back option when i call in
