If you got the phone within the last 15 days you can indeed return it as long as nothings physically damaged. If it's been over 15 days then your only recourse is to get warranty service by contacting Koodo or visitin a Koodo Kiosk.
Like chad said but you say you don't actually like the phone, unfortunately buyers remorse only works within the first 15 days like said above. If u go the Koodo warranty service route. You will only be able to get the same phone in return.
