Can I cancel my order still? I want to pick up in store before my next Fido bill

My next billing month at Fido starts in the next few days, I wanted to know if it's possible to cancel the order before it ships. I want to get the phone and transfer my number from Fido to Koodo before Friday, but I didn't know it could take a week for the phone to arrive. Is there a way to check my order status?

Or if it's possible to pick up the phone at a Koodo outlet. Since I've already made the payments.

I'm trying to get the essential phone. I'm in Montreal.

Unfortunately going online means seeing it through to the end. You cannot pick one up at a store afaik. If you want to cancel you'll need to contact the webstore and if you cannot get through then try sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter.

As for checking your status , you wont get an email until after it ships.

There is no delay on the Essential phone. We have them in stock Trevor. That said we did have other promos that were online specific so we got quite a few orders. We still expect that most orders would go out 2-5 bus days. You ordered yours yesterday. You can certainly cancel if you wish just send an email to the webstore address.

I appreciate the reply, and thanks for everything! I decided to just wait it out for the order to home, and contact Fido to let them know
