I need to cancel a lost phone.  I do not have a house phone, can I cancel it by internet

You can call using Skype, if you do not have access to another phone.

You can suspend it online, under lost/stolen. No one will be able to use it but if you find it you can just reactivate it.

That's the good news--- nobody can ruin your credit by running up a ridiculous bill. But you are still responsible for any charges until you actually call and cancel your service, close your account and pay your final bill, if that's what you intend to do.

Yes you can suspend it if you log into self-serve.

While you can suspend your service through self-serve, you would need to call Koodo to cancel your service entirely.
