Hi - I want to add a second handset to my Koodo account. It's simply because my current handset (HTC One M8) is too big to comfortably stick in a jeans pocket, so I want to leave my HTC at home, and find the smallest possible handset for maximum portability when going out.
Is it possible to have two handsets sharing my one account (same phone number on both, same Voice and Data limit shared by both), with both able to work without having to shift a SIM card from one to the other. I would hope my added cost would be to buy the new handset and buy a SIM card for it, and maybe some nominal fee to activate it (e.g. $20). ....this seems like such a basic requirement - hoping it is supported!!
If you're looking for something more compact but still providing a good Android experience then take a look at the OnePlus X, HTC A9, Nexus 5X, or Z3/Z5 compact if you're baller.
I have one in which I carry my wallet and id along with a small lowepro pouch for change and usb cables/portable chargers. I even carry a backup phone in there. Just something to consider.
Also do you have wifi at work? You could leave a smaller phone there and set it up as a voip.ms phone for about 85 cent per month. Add call forwarding to your koodo line and forward your calls to the voip line while you're at work.
