If you have just joined with Kodoo, but want to pay off your tab and cancel your plan, is there any kind of time-frame or penalty for doing this?  Thanks.

Just curious as to why you would want to do that.

If there were any activation credits included in the price of your phone you will have to pay those back in full as well as the tab amount if you cancel within the first 90 days of signing up with koodo. This is to prevent ppl from signing up just to get a phone cheaper from Koodo than elsewhere.

Thanks. I would want to do this to take advantage of the tab discount for phones (versus buying it outright, without the Tab), but without losing my current, non-tab monthly plan. I don't plan to switch to a new provider, I just want the better deal on the phone.

But the Tab amount is $300 less than the purchase price. I could pay off the Tab in the first month, pay the month plan for that one month, plus the activation fee ($11) because I'm cancelling before 3 months, and I'd still come out on top...

@ Amanda not sure if I follow.....you very recently switched to a plan. If you wanted to buy a new phone you wouldn't lose that plan and still take advantage of the TAB. Plus you have accumulated extra tab on your account that you can also put towards purchase of a phone.

Hi Bernard, wouldn't I have to switch to a Tab large plan, if I want to take advantage of that discount? Or am I already on a Tab plan (and it would just add $25/month to my existing plan)?

Thanks for looking into this!

Your $60 plan should qualify for a TAB large discount, I'm pretty sure.
