Calling the support line

I'm not annoyed with having to wait an hour. Supposedly you guys will call me back. But rhe dialog tree. My god. Press or say 1,2,3,4, or 5. After pressing it, then it repeats it. Then saying it, and it repeats it. The shouting at it and it goes to the next dialog tree.
All I have is a small billing discrepancy that I'm a bit annoyed over. But the automated line to get thru to anyone. I'm glad I wasnt actually pissed about something. That would just set me to another level.
Whatever tech guys you have iver there need to work on that.

Honestly, I've called in several times and never had any trouble with the system recognizing my selections. It may have more to do with the phone or the line you are calling from than the system itself.

Never had an issue with the LG G3 so far, other than speakerphone. And the line being koodo, I would hope it would be compatible with their phone system.

@ John, you have a great bunch of people who can often help with question regarding your bill without having to reveal personal info. Looking at the reason for your call looks like the Community could have helped. Glad all is looked after though.
