By default koodo blocks international calls right? Does that mean they also block all outgoing calls that charge money if you have canada wide calling?

@Shutdown: No, they don't block outgoing calls like that. You could basically dial any number with country code +1 (US+Canada). Also you could be charged extra in some special cases. So be careful.

When you call just don't put a 1 or + in front of the area code

@Dennis: that would give a warning that users are dialing a long distance call. The problem is:  it doesn't block and it doesn't recognize if it is a Canada-wide  vs US calling

I think it auto connects when it is Canada and wont auto connect when it is US?

I dialed one Toronto number and one US number. The messages were the same, and both went through.
