Upset with sitting on hold, I worked in a call center once and when we got over run with calls we called in extra help. I am beyond upset that I waited on hold for three hours and was then hung up on. The phone contected to someone but they must not have been ready and disconnected the call instead of asking me to wait for a moment. I have nos been on hold for an hour again.
