Callers can hardly hear me when I call but I can hear them

I have been calling people today and each one says they can hardly hear me. I can hear them though as normal. I used the phone for calling a few days ago and everything was fine. None of my settings have been changed. I just did a factory reset and it is still the same. I have an iPhone 5s and it is only a few months old. I know it's not a issue with the network because I tried my daughter phone and people can hear me on that one just fine.

Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Does it work with your apple headphones plugged in?

Ok then it sounds like the mic on the phone is the issue.

Since it is an iPhone, Apple requires that you contact them or visit the Apple store (make an appointment online) to deal with warranty issues.  Mayeb you back up the phone in Itunes/icloud before you visit them as they may replace your phone during that visit

Can I take it back to Koodo since it's under warranty for them to send it away... I am nowhere near an Apple Store

Apple has a strict warranty program and it must be run through them.  Robert's link is you best bet.  I have called apple support before and they were very helpful

Apple does offer an option to send the device for repair. Follow the steps here : https://getsupport.apple.com
