From another phone when you get to your message recording after dialing your cell number, press * and then your voicemail password.

I use my cell to get my voicemail messages. I dial my own number and it says you have 2 message so I press 1 and I can get the message but have been charged on my monthly bill for doing this. A total of 55 mins this month.

What plan do you have with how many daytime minutes? As I said in your other post, calling voicemail uses up daytime minutes. You can call your number from a landline or call after 5pm if you have unlimited evenings and weekends in order to avoid using up minutes or charges.

I have 500 minutes and usually don't use that much each month. But thanks I will check my voicemail with my home phone if I want to save minutes. Now since I have not done that, I have no idea what my password is. Can you help me with that?

If you cannot remember your voicemail password, it can be reset in self-serve. Go to "reset Voicemail Password." It will be under all the options in "other helpful links."
