Please make call forward free(Even for public mobile it's free). Why can't we add it free?

Hello RN,

It's not free because they need to distinguish at leas a little bit from public mobile. If they would both be the same then no one will continue going with PM.

PM's purpose is to just get people to pay TELUS rather than other three companies. When people are on PM, TELUS doesn't want them to stay on PM and send offers to switch to Koodo anyway.

Being Koodo mobile competitor in similar category, Virgin mobile Canada offers call forwarding as free. I am happy with Koodo mobile except for this chargeable add on (instead of being free). I know Koodo mobile has to differentiate from public mobile (no frills mobile) by being better and rich in features than public mobile.

I thought the callforwarding is free on prepaid. Koodo and VM prepaid allow free call forwarding? VM didn't have free call forwarding on postpaid, at the last time I checked (last year)

Yeah I think it will be cool if we can match Virgin and offer it free
