I got my phone disconnected three hours after I paid my bill... I've been trying to call them since three last night. Was on the phone for two hours waiting to talk to someone when I got hung up on... TWICE!!! I'm trying to call call today but they are closed. What time do they open and seriously how can I frigging talk to someone?!?! I need my phone asap!!!!!!

Hi there...

So sorry to hear this... Did you have payment arrangements before your account was suspended? if yes, did you make the payments on the dates you agreed to?

You can try now by dialing #227...

I have printed and added my bills since July 2016 when I purchased this phone and not including payment for the phone, just monthly billing, I have paid $2282.39.. I think you can answer the phone for me...

I have been on hold since 9:04 am for 1 hour 36 minutes.. 4 minutes after you opened... Tell me how that is possible?? You're ignoring my call on purpose...

@Tina, if you made payments via your bank that takes a couple of days for them to transfer the funds. It's best for payments to be directly via us as they immediately reflected on your account.

If I send in proof of my payement via my bank, couldn't you reconnect me knowing you'll get the money??? There is no reason why my money if out of my account and I still can't get my phone to work!!!

Me too It's the same reason as you. And we don't have such time to waste it's been 3 days with no answer and at least 5 hours a day of waiting...

@Nicolas & Tina, If your lines were disconnected for unfair reasons, you can go to CRTC to make complaints.
However, if Koodo had proper reasons to disconnect yours (late payments), you would have to wait with their system. You could always choose another carrier if you would like. Posting everywhere for the same problem will sometime reach the level of spamming.

I wouldn't recommend a the screen shot for your payment here Tina. Also, unfortunately it wouldn't help as we need to secure your account to do anything. Here on the forum that is not possible. :-(

Then how do I get this resolved as quick as possible since I need a phone for safety reasons? Call center is just infuriating me!

It's only by phone unfortunately you have to wait... Or you need to make direct payment by visa since that take a few days to make a payment via debit transfer. I'm in the same situation as you.
