BYOD $10 for 6 months applied on 1st invoice but haven't seen another

Looking for my credit for my last 2 invoices of $10 per month and should be there for the next 3 months for a total of 6 months as promised

Hi Kdeveau,

How did you get the credit? Did you activate a new line or renew? If you changed your plan in selfserve, you might not be eligible for it.


If you were eligible, and the credit wasn't in your bill, you need to contact Koodo to ask them to check. I would suggest you send messages to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone. (wait time on fb might be more than 24hours as of now due to current promotion)

When did you sign up for BYOD? 
It usually appear on 2nd bill and $10 credit for 6 months.  I've seen posts it said ppl start received it after 3rd bill.   If you don't see any credit by 3rd bill, then I would contact Koodo.

So when you originally signed up the agent had problems? Very strange why BYOD would be applied on 1st bill but not again without anything happening inbetween.

Or did something happen after 1st bill where you had to deal with an agent again?

Along with the email you already sent try calling them and hopefully without waiting on hold too long, you might get your situation fixed.
