Has anyone been able to get the above button to work? It is accessed directly from the Usage tab at https://selfserve-beta.koodomobile.co.... I'm hoping that the CSV download will show greater precision. If I just paste the usage data (as displayed on the browser) into Excel, it only adds up to 0.37MB, whereas the website says the total is actually 0.69MB (that's in a 12 hour period with no intentional usage).

P.S. Please note that I'm not asking about billing in this thread, but rather, the usage tracking, the data precision as a possible explanation for discrepancies, and the data download functionality.

Hello Andy!

Thank you for your feedback concerning the usage section. The usage should match but there also can be delays in receiving all the complete usage information.

If you see that your usage on the Self Serve is inaccurate at the end of the month and does not correspond to what you have been billed or what appears on your E-bill, please let us know. At that point we’ll be able to investigate.

Hope this helps. :)

Have a great day!

Selfserve-beta may not be accurate. It is a testbed.

@Daniel: It's not that the usage webpage disagrees with my bill. The usage webpage disagrees with itself. The individual usage instances do not add up to the daily totals.

However, many of the usage instances show up as 0.00 MB, so I am assuming that they are not really zero. Instead, I assume that they are simply less than 0.01MB (or maybe less than 0.005MB) so that they round to 0.00MB for display purposes but still add up to something significant. This might explain the discrepancy. This is why I wanted to get access to the downloaded data, to see if it contains the unrounded data. Unfortunately, the download button doesn't seem to do anything.

@dfbutt: Yes a testbed. One that users get routed to by default, like the good voluntary testers that we are. Such a teaser button (download), too.
