Nancy. Unusual to say the least. Try pulling the SIM card out of each one when you do pull the battery out. Because each of your phones is reacting in the same way it appears like a network issue rather than your phone though.
Hey Nancy! There was a known issue with customers in the 613 area that were not able to receive calls from Bell Canada lines, but this has just been resolved. If you are in that area, can you please try to turn off/on your phone now? If not, can you let us know if the issue is still happening and if it's with multiple landlines? Keep us posted!
