Broken Phone and Koodo Tab

Often times a broken phone is not covered by warranty such as drops or spills. This can be a very stressful time for phone users in need of a new phone. It would be nice if the Koodo tab could be reset to zero under these circumstances, within reason. For example, if there is less than $150 on the tab and this phone breaking event happens then it would be reset to zero, otherwise 150$ of the tab is forgiven if it is larger. Perhaps a limit to once a year would also be in place as well. Either way, it is a good opportunity for Koodo to look like a hero!
