Broken iPhone

So today I broke my phone (iphone 7), not a big deal it's why I bought applecare to go with it. How do I get my phone fixed? I tried contacting apple directly but without being able to access my phone I can't complete the two factor identification or take a call and thus they will not schedule a repair for me. Is there a way I can go through Koodo to get my phone fixed?

Really? That's weird. You could try contacting Koodo directly but you could also try using another phone to do it. Are you able to do that to at least take a call?

Actually you can take a RV here : https://getsupport.apple.com

iPhone > Repairs > Broken screen > take appointment

Wanted to edit my post to show you how, but can't anymore. So I posted in a new post.

@harley: if you had a receipt (or phone contract with Koodo number), you could bring it to an Apple store to prove it was your phone and to have it fixed by Apple.
You could go to Koodo, but they will send it to Apple anyway, so it might be better to check in with Apple.

No need to bring a receipt.

@Robert: If someone stole your phone, and broke the screen, they could go to Apple store and get a replacement. Because the screen was broken, they could not sign in to unlock the iphone, the theft will get a replacement. You are ok with it?

You will need ID.  Apple care is tied to your name as well.
