Bought new phone sim invalid

Just bought a pre paid phone, went to activate online and says my sim # is invalid

Did you make sure not to confuse things such as O and 0? Usually that's a common problem that happens.

Hey Frederick, Which phone are you using? Your best bet is to head back to the Koodo Store where you originally purchased it to test your SIM Card with a representative. You can also call our Customer Service at 1-866-995-6636 free of charge from a landline.
