Bought, an iPhone from pawnshop(First mistake). Has been black listed, 3 or 4 months after purchase. If I can prove I purchased it to the carrier, will they remove it from the blacklist?

You can try but usually unfortunately if someone has bought something stolen or in this case blacklisted then it's still a stolen / blacklisted item. There's absolutely no guarantees.

It never hurts to try, after all you are a victim too and buying an iPhone second hand isn't a crime. Try to talk to your carrier/an apple representative with your recipe, explain the situation and see how it goes from there.

You can try going back to the pawnshop you bought it from and they may be able to contact the person who sold it to them for you or just may be able to help you out.

The main idea of a National Blacklist is to reduce the case of stolen phones, and to discourage "pawnshop". Now you are going to the carrier to ask them to do the opposite? It will be very difficult, unless you are really good at collecting receipts and envidence, and go to social media, and to the highest level.
