Bought a prepaid sim with booster minutes and am activating the sim but it is now asking my for more money and did not ask for a pin number . The guy at the kiosk was extremely unhelpful and condescending. Can I ask what is the problem as sim does not recognise I paid for a bundle.

SIM is SIM-only and top-up card is a separate issue AFAIK. Prepaid store help is pretty poor all around for ALL carriers because the staff makes more commission on monthlies. But that souldn't be an excuse for lousy customer service. If you identify the store, then someone with authority could look into this.

Go back onto your prepaid account and add your top-up card separately.

Hopefully it's just a procedural issue, and you will end up fine.

If not, howl at 1-866-995-6636 from any phone.
