So you added another calling booster and it's not working or you're getting no service?
What phone do you have? go into settings and make sure your phone is not set to 2g only or gsm only and it has 3g or WCDMA selected.
If you're still not able to call people using your booster after doing that, then you should call Koodo and have them take a look at your account. Call *611 from your koodo phone since I think you don't need a booster to call 611?
EDIT: This is just incase, but boosters are not automatically added again after topping up for your baseplan, you have to actually add them again. This is just incase you didn't know if you already know then ignore this :P
