Bonus data on new phone purchase with tab

Hi everyone, 

Yesterday I purchased an iPhone 8 with a tab, and changed my rate plan to the current promotion showing 1GB Shock-Free Data, 3GB bonus data, 500 mins, and unlimited messaging for $50. 

Today, when I see my rate plan, it is showing the 1GB Shock-Free Data, but I am not seeing my 3GB bonus data. One of the main factors in making this change was the 3GB bonus data, so I'm not sure why it is not there...

hi Jeremy,Did you change the plan when you upgrade your phone? Have you also added the 3GB add-on when you checked out? Did you see any confirmation of the data bonus?

I changed the plan, and I was prompted that I could receive better plan because I was buying a phone on the tab (not sure the exact wording but it came in as a special offer). I did not select a 3GB add-on though... I think that is the issue. Is it possible to have it added after, since I would have been eligible when I set up the new plan? I do still have a new phone on a tab after all...

I don't think you could fix it yourself in selfserve.

If you think it was just a mistake somewhere, you could send a message to Koodo facebook (to avoid the wait on phone) and ask them to check on the plan. It should be fine as long as you are eligible.

Check your <Add-Ons> mate, the bonus 3GB of data should be as a "Add-On" on your account.
